These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners who interact with DigiEasy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Accounts & Client Onboarding

To access certain features, report portals, or campaign dashboards, you may be required to register and authenticate your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and access tokens. By registering, you consent to providing verified contact details, including a mobile phone number, which may be utilized for WhatsApp-based authentication (OTPs) and transactional campaign alerts.

3. Use of WhatsApp Business API & Communications

We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to deliver essential service communications, including:

• Account authentication and login OTP verification.
• Campaign status milestones, review monitoring alerts, and weekly performance summaries.
• Critical billing acknowledgments and invoice receipts.

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receiving these service-related communications. You may opt out of automated notifications at any time by replying with "STOP".

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When engaging our services or utilizing our digital assets, you agree not to:

• Provide fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit product data for e-commerce or ORM campaigns.
• Engage in unauthorized system scraping, automated data harvesting, or denial-of-service activities.
• Violate the intellectual property, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third-party platforms (including Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, Google).
• Use our services for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or deceptive marketing practices.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiEasy, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. All personal and commercial data shared with us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we encrypt, store, and protect your information.

6. Scope of Services & Deliverables

DigiEasy provides digital marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), micro-influencer coordination, search engine optimization (SEO), and marketplace performance advertising. While we deploy industry-leading strategies and data models, digital performance can fluctuate based on algorithm shifts, platform policies, and competitor actions. Specific ROI projections or ranking guarantees are non-binding estimates unless explicitly codified in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the specific notice period stipulated in their service contract (typically 30 days written notice). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice in the event of non-payment, fraud, or serious breach of acceptable use policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, DigiEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of our services or third-party platform algorithm alterations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Modifications to Terms
